Autism Behavior Services, Inc. was started by Dr. Rosa Patterson has been in the field of Autism and applied behavior analysis for over 25 years. Her training began under the direct education and training of Dr. O. Ivar Lovaas at U.C.L.A. where she received her bachelor of arts degree in psychology.
She went on to receive her master of science in counseling with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy from California State University Fullerton. Dr. Patterson has also received a graduate certificate in behavior intervention for Autism from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
Later she attended California Southern University to earn her doctorate in Psychology. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA), and licensed in multiple states.
